"From First Client to Foundational Confidence"

Owning your own business can fill you with boundless pride—and at the same time, a burden so heavy it’s hard to predict what’s coming next. That uncertainty? It’s real. And so is the anxiety that tags along with it.

That’s why this shoot meant the world to me.

For my very first commission under my newly launched LLC, I was hired to create a full suite of headshots for South West Family Physicians and their website. This wasn’t just a job—it was validation. It felt like the universe was giving me a nod that I was exactly where I needed to be.

Over the course of a 3-hour session, I photographed each member of their dedicated medical team—capturing their professionalism, warmth, and the human side of healthcare that often gets overlooked.

This project wasn’t just about great headshots. It was the foundation of trust that told me: Yes, you can do this. You’re meant to do this.
